Makaroone (Af-Ingiriis: macaroni; Af-Carabi: معكرونة; loogu dhawaaqo: /kəˈrni/) waa nooc ka mid ah baastada qalalan kaasi oo leh qaab dhuuban oo wareegsan isla markaana gaaban.
