User:Z. Patterson

Hello. I am Z. Patterson. Generally, I improve articles by adding reliable sources (preferably academic journals), copyedit articles, revert and report disruptive editing, participate in articles for deletion discussions, and help answer questions. I generally edit articles about Japan (including anime, manga, Japanese cuisine, and the Japanese language), computer science, horror, law, linguistics, New York State, Pennsylvania, and philosophy.

You have a duty to comply with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you need help, the Questions page has links to appropriate help channels, such as the Teahouse, the help desk, the village pump, and the reference desk. However, before you ask for help, read the information given to you and search for information relevant to your situation. Doing so optimizes your and others' time and encourages you to learn and figure things out yourself beforehand. This is known as the Read, Search, Ask method on freeCodeCamp,[1] and this method is also effective within the Wikipedia community.
