Emperor oli Norra black metal'i ansambel, mille lõid 1991. aastal Samoth ja Ihsahn.

Ansambel läks 2001. aastal laiali, kuid tuli 2006. ja 2007. aastal ajutiselt uuesti kokku, et esineda festivalidel.
