Johnny Kelly (s. 9. maaliskuuta 1968 Brooklyn, New York[1]) oli yhdysvaltalaisen Type O Negative -metalyhtyeen rumpali. Hän liittyi yhtyeeseen vuonna 1994 korvatakseen Sal Abruscaton. Kelly on kiertänyt myös Danzigin rumpalina vuodesta 2002 asti.
