Extreme adalah kelompok funk metal/hard rock AS yang meraih sukses di akhir 1980-an dan awal 1990-an. Mereka dibentuk di Boston, Massachusetts pada 1985 dan salah satu lagu mereka yang paling terkenal adalah More Than Words dari album II Pornografitti.
