Jorge Raúl Recalde, soprannominato El Condor de Traslasierras[1] (Mina Clavero, 9 agosto 1951 – Córdoba, 10 marzo 2001), è stato un pilota di rally argentino, vincitore in carriera di una prova del campionato del mondo rally (Rally d'Argentina 1988).

Pilota dalla lunghissima carriera, ha partecipato al campionato del mondo rally dal 1980 al 2000, campionato nel quale ha chiuso tre volte nella top ten del mondiale piloti. È inoltre arrivato secondo nel mondiale produzione nel 1988 e nel 1995[2].

Recalde disputò in totale 69 gare iridate, ottenendo 8 podi e una vittoria, conquistata al Rally d'Argentina del 1988 al volante di una Lancia Delta Integrale della squadra ufficiale Martini Lancia.

Morto nel 2001 a soli 50 anni, nel corso del Rally Villa Dolores in Argentina, anche se la morte ufficialmente fu dovuta ad un arresto cardiaco, evidentemente occorsogli contestualmente all'incidente[1].
