APOEL (gresk: ΑΠΟΕΛ; Aθλητικός Ποδοσφαιρικός Όμιλος Eλλήνων Λευκωσίας, «Grekernes friidretts- og fotballklubb i Nikosia») er en kypriotisk idrettsklubb fra hovedstaden Nikosia. Fotballlaget er det mestvinnende i landet sammen med AC Omonia.

APOEL har vunnet 29 seriemesterskap, 19 cupmesterskap og 11 supercuper i de innenlandske turneringene.

APOELs beste resultater internasjonalt har blant annet vært i Mesterligaen 2009/2010, da de spilte i gruppespillet mot Chelsea FC, FC Porto og Atlético de Madrid, i andre runde av UEFA-cupen i 2002/2003 og i play-off-runden i Europaligaen i 2010-2011. I Mesterligaen 2011-12 sesongen slo APOEL ut Porto og Sjaktar Donetsk i gruppespillet og Lyon i åttendedelsfinalen, men ble slått i kvartfinalen av Real Madrid 8-2 sammenlagt

Foruten fotball, har klubben også avdelinger med basketball, volleyball, bordtennis og sykling.
