A Dramatic Turn of Events er et musikkalbum fra progressiv metal-bandet Dream Theater.
Albumet ble utgitt 9. september 2011 på Roadrunner Records i Norge.[1] Albumet er det første med trommeslager Mike Mangini, som ble med i bandet i 2010 etter at Mike Portnoy sluttet.
