Paniqui (Bayan ng Paniqui) er en kommune på Filippinene. Kommunen ligger på øya Luzon og tilhører provinsen Tarlac. Folkemengden var i 2015 på 92 606 innbyggere.[2]
I Acocolao, en barangay to kilometer vest for dagens sentrum (poblacion), ble den første filippinske moro-lederen, sultan Ali Mudin fra sultanatet Sulu, døpt i 1750. Den filippinske presidenten Corazón Aquino ble født i Paniqui i 1933.
