Crystal Dynamics, Inc. é uma desenvolvedora norte-americana de jogos eletrônicos sediada em Redwood City, Califórnia. Ela foi fundada em julho de 1992 por Judy Lang, Madeline Canepa e David Morris. A empresa foi comprada em 1998 pela Eidos Interactive, tornando-se sua subsidiária, porém passou a ser propriedade da da Square Enix em 2009 depois desta ter adquirido a Eidos, em 2022 foi vendida para a Embracer Group. A empresa é mais conhecida por desenvolver vários títulos da série Tomb Raider.
