Val Edward Kilmer (Los Angeles, Kalifornija, 31. prosinca 1959.) je američki glumac. Poznat je po nizu prilično raznolikih uloga u kojima se ističu "Iceman" u filmu Top Gun, Jim Morrison u biografskom filmu The Doors, Batman u filmu Batman Forever i John Holmes u filmu Wonderland.
Od 1988. do 1996. je bio u braku s engleskom glumicom Joanne Whalley, s kojom se sreo na setu filma Willow. S njom ima dvoje djece.
