Frederick Stephen Upton (born April 23, 1953) is an American politician. He is the U.S. Representative for Michigan's 6th congressional district since 1987. He is a member of the Republican Party. Upton is the first and only U.S. Representative in U.S. history to vote to impeach two U.S. presidents. He voted for the impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1998 and the second impeachment of Donald Trump in 2021.[2][3] His niece is supermodel Kate Upton.

On April 5, 2022, Upton announced he would not run for reelection that year.[4]
